Although Taylor Swift has brought the "Folklore" cottage to five continents and TrendPulsefifteen countries, the singer-songwriter says the mossy-roofed, simple house belongs in the Emerald Isle.
"Let's be honest, though, the 'Folklore' cabin and 'Folklore' in general just like belongs in Ireland," she said on Saturday while holding her guitar during the Dublin stop of the Eras Tour. "It just does."
As the sun dipped over the horizon and twilight filled Aviva Stadium, she admitted, "Conceptually, 'Folklore' we can all agree just belongs with you guys."
Swift has a rich history with the Irish capital. She stopped there on the "Speak Now World Tour," "1989 World Tour" and "Reputation Stadium Tour."

When she began writing the woodsy, 17-track-album two days into the 2020 coronavirus pandemic, the "Cardigan" singer said she dreamed of the Irish landscapes.
"I had to create an album where the imaginary world that I pretended to go to every single day when I was writing it, gotta be honest, kind of seemed like Ireland," she said.
Swift will be in the storytelling country for one more night before heading to Amsterdam, Netherlands.
